Krapina-Zagorje county participates partly on the Croatian tourist market. Selective forms of tourism based on natural resources, as well as selective types of tourism in general, must be in the future much more validated. Health tourism is today the most developed form of tourism in the Krapina-Zagorje county. With further development of health tourism, the studied area has good potential for the development of mountain tourism, ecotourism, geotourism and caving tourism.
