Belediyelerde halkla ilişkiler ve vatandaş memnuniyeti: Kütahya Belediyesi örneği

Belediyelerde halkla ilişkiler faaliyetleri, halkın refah düzeyinin yükselmesi adına önemlidir. Halkın yaşadığı çevre ile ilgili sorunlarının tespit edilmesi ve bunlara yönelik düzenlemelerin yapılması, belediyecilik hizmetlerinin olumlu yönde gelişmesi ve halkın refah düzeyinin yükselmesi açısından önemlidir. Bu araştırmada Kütahya amacı Kütahya Belediyesi'nin halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerinin incelenmesi ve halkın memnuniyet durumunun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada anket formu aracılığıyla halkın Kütahya Belediyesi'nin halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerine yönelik memnuniyet durumu araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Kütahya'da yaşayan bireylerin Kütahya Belediyesi'nin halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerinden memnun oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Kütahya Belediyesi'nin yürüttüğü halkla ilişkiler faaliyetleri, vatandaşlar tarafından olumlu olarak algılanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.
Public relations activities in municipalities are important in order to increase the welfare level of the people. Determining the environmental problems of the people and making arrangements for them are important for the development of municipal services in a positive way and increasing the welfare level of the people. The aim of this study is to examine the public relations activities of Kütahya municipality and to determine the satisfaction of the public. In the survey, satisfaction status of Public Relations activities of Kütahya municipality was investigated through the questionnaire. According to the results of the survey, the people living in kütahya were satisfied with the public relations activities of Kütahya municipality. Public Relations activities carried out by Kütahya municipality were positively perceived and evaluated by the citizens.
