Gestão do Conhecimento no Contexto de um Escritório de Projetos: Aplicação de Lições Aprendidas

This study had had the objective of analyze the knowledge management tools’ that are effectively applicable to project management do trough the PMO. As a methodologic option, a bibliographic research was developed, supported by the application of a survey based on PMBOK parameters. The aim was to verify the lessons learned through the implementation of mechanisms of knowledge management used on project management that is done by the PMO. As a result, it was verified that the choice of the support tools is still another challenge to be overcome by the organizations which look for a bigger development in their projects
