Türk Döneminde Revan Kent Dokusu Ve Mekansal Yapıdaki Değişimin Mimari Mirasa Yansımaları | The Reflection of Revan Urban Texture and Spatial Structure During Turkish Period in Architectural Heritage

After the construction of Revan Castle, the city gained its identity. In this study, the architectural development phases of the inner city of the fortress were examined and the changes in the historical and political process of the Turkish heritage and the reflections of this change on the urban environment were investigated. The physical characteristics of the centers of Azerbaijan / Turkish Khanates were discussed, comments were made on the determination of the common character of the city structure and architecture, also it has been pointed out that monuments with artistic value are largely destroyed. The importance of these structures, which constitute an important place in the architectural history of Azerbaijan, in the medieval Turkish architectural tradition, was emphasized and the dimensions of interaction with the Great Seljuk heritage were discussed in relation to the examples. In the study, comparative criticism was brought to the results of the deliberate deterioration of the physical structure of the Turkish city with the interventions in the Tsarist Russia period. In addition, a large number of qualified structures, which could not reach the present day, were identified from archive sources and publications and their visuals were published. In this context, the legal status of the attacks and destruction, which are taken into consideration in accordance with the universal nature of some examples, and the problems of approaching the subject from the Russian period to the present are discussed. ||| TR: Çalışmada, Revan Kalesi’nin yapımı sonrası kent hüviyetini kazanmış olan kale içi tarihi kent dokusunun mimari gelişim evreleri incelenerek, Türk dönemi mirasının tarihsel ve siyasi süreçte geçirdiği değişim ve bunun kentsel çevreye yansımaları üzerinde durulacaktır. Azerbaycan/Türk hanlıklarının kuruldukları merkezlerin oluşumundaki fiziki özelliklere değinilerek, kent yapısı ve mimarideki ortak karakterin tespiti üzerinden yorumlar geliştirilirken, özellikle sanatsal değer taşıyan anıtsal eserlerin büyük oranda yok olduğuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Azerbaycan’ın mimarlık tarihi bütününde önemli yer teşkil eden söz konusu yapıların Ortaçağ Türk mimari geleneği içerisindeki yeri de vurgulanarak, Büyük Selçuklu mirasıyla etkileşim boyutları, örneklerle ilişkilendirilerek ele alınmıştır. Türk kentine özgü fiziki yapılanmanın Çarlık Rusyası dönemindeki müdahalelerle bilinçli bozulmasının sonuçlarına günümüz durumuyla mukayeseli eleştiri getirildiği çalışmada ayrıca büyük çoğunluğu günümüze ulaşamayan çok sayıda nitelikli yapının arşiv kaynakları ve yayınlardan tespiti yapılarak görselleri yayınlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda kimi örneklerin evrensel niteliği gözetilmeden uğradıkları saldırı ve tahribatların koruma kanunu çerçevesinde yasal durumları ve Rus döneminden günümüze değin konuya yaklaşım sorunları tartışılmıştır.
