Tokopedia is one of the startups in Indonesia. Established in 2007 and released to the public on August 17, 2009. Tokopedia is one of the first startups in Indonesia. Tokopedia was founded by Indonesian youth, namely Williiam Tanuwijaya and his partner Leontinus Alpha Edison. Tokopedia is one of four new Unicorns in the world from Indonesia. Unicorn is a startup that has a valuation of more than USD 1 billion. All of this cannot be separated from the injection of funds from large foreign companies, one of which is the largest e-commerce company from China, namely Alibaba. Tokopedia is the largest online buying site in Indonesia, being number one in Indonesia beating other marketplaces. These are all inseparable from the features provided by Tokopedia and the new hobby of the Indonesian people, namely online shopping.
