Ongoing register of experimental studies (randomized controlled trials, also called "experiments" and sometimes confused as "quasi-experimental studies") assessing the effects of reading comics or derivatives (such as mangas, graphic novels, manhwas, cartoons, strips, webcomics, fotonovelas, bandes dessinées, fanzines, webzines, digital comics, etc.). Includes searches, keywords, summaries of included studies, samples of the comics used, risk of bias assessments and more. In research jargon the methods used to maintain this register are akin to those of living systematic reviews of randomized controlled trials.
