Abstract
- Competition, customer demand, logistics service and resource constraints are important factors in the optimization of enterprise’s logistics system. On the basis of more than one existing logistics nodes, the location model of new logistics nodes with the objective of maximizing the enterprise’s profit are proposed, in which the influence of logistics service level on customer’s choice and enterprise’s profit, and the influence of competition and customer’s choice on the decision of locating logistics nodes are full considered. Furthermore, the decisions of optimal locations and the service level of these new logistics nodes providing to each customer are made simultaneously.
