Abstract

Electrical resistivity of polycrystalline sample of CeRu2 was measured under quasi-hydrostatic pressure from 1. 5 to 8 GPa in the temperature range from 4 to 300 K. A new pressure induced phase transition appears above 5. 5 GPa. No temperature and pressure hysteresis was observed in the transition region. The transition temperature increases linearly with increasing pressure.
