Abstract
- We are testing whether the ‘Race is Gendered’ mouse-tracking effect found in Johnson, Freeman & Pauker (2011) a) replicates among samples of American White, Black, Asian and Latinx participants and b) whether the mouse-tracking pattern found among White participants differs from that of Asian, Black or Latinx participants. We are also examining whether similar differences emerge in a measure of self-reported race/gender stereotypes and a evaluative priming task looking at race/gender associations. See the files uploaded with this registration for more details about our analyses, methods and materials.
