Abstract

A field-circuit coupling algorithm combined with time domain impulse response based on conformal FDTD is presented in this paper. First, the time domain pulse response source are extracted at the port position of the linear microwave structure. Then the nonlinear system equation is established by using time domain impulse response source and equivalent circuit equation. At the same time, Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm is used to solve the nonlinear system equations. The cascaded nonlinear circuit is analyzed to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
