Visualization and Prediction of the Company’s Revenue Using Machine Learning and Data Analysis

Revenue decides the future of the company and the growth in upcoming years so it is vital for companies to know about it so that any changes in time can be made to make the business profitable. Most business organization largely depends on their sales, demand, and sales trend for their growth. This paper analyzes and predicts company sales and demands using machine learning and data analysis. The dataset Ocean Cafe available on Kaggle has been used for analysis and prediction purposes. The model used for prediction is XGBoost in which R-square, MAE(Mean Absolute Error), MSE(Mean Squared Error), and RMSE(Root Mean Squared Error) are calculated. For visualization purposes, various pie-chart, line graphs, and bar graphs are drawn making use of the python libraries and functions.
