Cramps, Weakness and Fasciculations

Multifocal motor neuropathy with conduction block is an important differential diagnosis of motor neuron disease/amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Typical presentation is weakness with relatively mild muscle wasting in the hand of a young male. Treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin is usually effective.
