Anti-dumping as a trade protection measure has been recognized and protected by the world organization and countries around the world, and is a legal and stable form of measures that can be applied by countries around the world when facing domestic dumping of foreign goods. The approach is conducive to the protection of domestic industries and services, and is one of the tools used by countries to deal with unfair competition. Foreign trade is a necessary condition for the development of a country’s economy.
