Abstract
- A biophysical approach was demonstrated for determining the dynamics of change in the zinc ion pool in human erythrocytes in the range from 1–1000 nM using a FluoZin-3 fluorescent probe. This method can be used in biomedical research and serve as the basis for developing diagnostic methods or predicting the course of diseases associated with a failure in zinc metabolism.
