In the title compound, C15H17ClN4O5S, the five-membered triazole ring and the benzene ring are each planar, while the six-membered thia&#173;diazine ring is slightly distorted, with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.236 (1) A. Inter&#173;molecular O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen-bond inter&#173;actions are found in the crystal structure, and these link mol&#173;ecules into a two-dimensional network.
