Syndrome de Guillain Barré au cours d'une pneumopathie à mycoplasme. Intérêt de l'IRM

MR findings in a 48 year-old man with Guillain Barre Syndrome occurring after pneumonia due to mycoplasma are reported. There was marked enhancement with gadolinium of thickened nerve roots of cauda equina and conus medullaris. Interest of MR imaging is discussed, especially in less clear clinical situations.
