Abstract
- A cisplatin-type complex tethered to acridine intercalator via one methylene chain has been synthesized. Its structure was elucidated by X-ray crystallography. A permeability into cell, interaction with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA), and antitumor activity against HeLa and P388 cells were studied.
