Abstract
- The isothermal vapor–liquid equilibrium data are presented for three ternary systems: octane + cyclohexylamine + cyclohexanol, cyclohexane + cyclohexylamine + cyclohexanol, and toluene + cyclohexylamine + cyclohexanol. The experimental data were determined by the dynamic method in a modified Rock and Sieg circulation still at two different temperatures and reduced pressures. The experimental results were compared with the predictions from both UNIQUAC and NRTL activity coefficient models and the equation of state proposed by Elliott, Suresh, and Donohue (ESD EOS).
