THE INFLUENCE OF THE ANISOTROPY TO THE FLUX CREEP OF <font>GdBa</font>2<font>Cu</font>3<font>O</font>y EPITAXIAL FILM

I – V characteristics of epitaxial, c-axis-oriented GdBa 2 Cu 3 O y film was measured between 70 K and 90 K. A magnetic field of 3 T was applied parallel to the basal plane (a – b plane), the angle between the field and one side of the substrate being 0&#176; or 60&#176;. We found that there were differences between the I – V characteristics for the 0&#176; and 60&#176; cases due to the anisotropy of the superconductivity in the a – b plane.
