ПОНЯТИЕ И УСЛОВИЯ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ГОРНЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ

В статье рассмотрена теоретическая составляющая вопроса определения устойчивого развития горных территорий. В качестве объекта исследования выбраны проблемы социально – экономического и экологического развития горных территорий с точки зрения системности их воздействия на организацию устойчивого развития. Системное исследование особенностей функционирования горных территорий и выявление основных проблем их развития, позволили авторам дать расширенное определение категории «горный район».
The article considers the theoretical component of the issue of determining the sustainable development of mountain territories. The problems of socio –economic and ecological development of mountain territories from the point of view of their systematic impact on the organization of sustainable development are chosen as the object of research. A systematic study of the functioning of mountain territories and the identification of the main problems of their development allowed the authors to give an expanded definition of the category "mountain area".
