Abstract

In human security, active millimeter wave imaging system has high sensitivity and is not easily affected by the environment. In this paper, the ray propagation theory of millimeter wave in lossy medium is introduced, the multiple scattering model is established, and the basic idea of active imaging simulation by using shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) method is given. In order to improve the efficiency of computation, GPU parallel technology is used to accelerate. Finally, the two-dimensional image of human body with a metal pistol in typical security scene is given.
