Abstract

The nutrient and anti-nutrient content of raw, boiled, and boiled with potassium sesquioxide(akanwu) Mucuna sloanei seed meal(MSSM) were investigated. A total of 120 day old broiler chickens were used. There were 4 treatments each replicated into 3 with 10 birds per replicate in a completely randomized design (CRD).
