Abstract: Background: Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) using biventricular pacing (BVP) has limited efficacy in patients with heart failure (HF) and right bundle branch block (RBBB). Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has been reported as an alternative option for BVP-CRT.
