Abstract

The modified algorithm for calculation of the six matrix polynomial of the linear models of bipolar and field-effect transistors in the electrical and wave parameter systems is developed and realized on the base of the analytical two-port theory. This is enough for analytical description in these systems of all six matrix forms for any (from three) circuits of transistor connection. Two methods are suggested to reduce the matrix order (in operator and time domains) depending on the frequency application area for the transistor, which simplifies designing of radio electronic and information-communication systems.
