УПРАВЛЕНИЕ, РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ И САМОРЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ В СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКОГО ОБЩЕСТВА

Научная статья посвящена вопросам управление, регулирование и саморегулирование в социальной системе человеческого общества Аргументировано, что управление ‒ это принципиальный процесс субъективного выбора индивидуумами институций управления комплекса социально-целевых экономических, политических и культурных параметров. Уточнено, что механизмы регулирования и субъективного саморегулирования являются частью функционально-целевого механизма управления и представляет собой совокупность методов и инструментов в виде правил и норм, как экономических, политических и культурных институтов управления. Уточнено, что механизм управления диалектически взаимосвязан с механизмом объективного саморегулирования, как совокупности закономерностей и объективных законов и, соответственно, они являются объективными способами и инструментами саморегулирования в системе реальной действительности
The scientific article is devoted to the issues of management, regulation and self-regulation in the social system of human society It is argued that management is a fundamental process of subjective choice by individuals of management institutions of a complex of socially targeted economic, political and cultural parameters. It is clarified that the mechanisms of regulation and subjective self-regulation are part of the functional-target management mechanism and is a set of methods and tools in the form of rules and norms, as economic, political and cultural institutions of management. It is clarified that the control mechanism is dialectically interconnected with the mechanism of objective self-regulation, as a set of regularities and objective laws, and, accordingly, they are objective methods and tools of self-regulation in the system of reality.
