Abstract

back-ground EEG refers mainly to frequency (and spatial distribu-tion thereof); amplitude and reactivity were not assessed. In arecent study involving 106 patients, we found that each of theclassical descriptors of standard EEG recordings (ie, amplitude, frequency, and reactivity) was related to the level of conscious-ness or 3-month outcomes.
