Improving quality of life in people with autism spectrum disorder and their families: Developing an integrative model

The main objective of this project is to address together several aspects related to healthy lifestyle habits, as well as to analyse their effect in order to propose an integrative model in which the potential mediating and/or moderating role of these habits in the perception of individual and family QoL in people with ASD is considered, with the aim of inspiring and helping to design effective interventions in this field.
