Design of Chinese Medicine Health Management System

For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ensured the health of the Chinese people in the most convenient way and at the lowest cost. TCM has formed a set of health management methods for preventing and controlling diseases. Contents of TCM health management include body constitution (BC) identification, disease prevention and treatment of TCM. The TCM health management system is a system that uses TCM’s theory to intelligently identify health status and provide intervention suggestions. The TCM health management system cannot fully reflect the concepts and methods of TCM health management. This study designed a framework of TCM health management system. This system framework is designed from the perspective of TCM logic rather than technology. The designed system integrates BC identification, disease prevention and treatment of TCM, forming a logical chain of TCM health management. In China, TCM is an important part of the medical system. Therefore, the TCM health management system in line with the logic of TCM is expected to become a valuable supplement to the modern medical health management system.
