Research on Management Innovation of Equipment Manufacturing Industry—From the Perspective of Intelligent Production and Service Network

Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of domestic economic development. Taking substantial measures to promote innovative development of equipment manufacturing industry is of great significance. Research suggests that new-type industry innovation platform as an important tool for industry innovative development has functions not only including management and information service, but also covering individuation, module integration, and whole-course value chain supply strategy. It can be obtained through structural analysis method and function value analytical method that under the condition of intelligent production and service network, the basic composition of the platform includes decision-making system, information perception and transmission system, intelligent production and service organization system, and innovation support system. Further research has found that the platform will be “embedded” in the industrial organization system to “integrate” with the intelligent production and service network system. Its existence form has diverse characteristics.
