Labor efficiency of enterprise workers and ways of its improvement (by the example of LLC 'Rulog')

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Эффективность труда работников предприятия и пути ее повышения (на примере ООО «Рулог»)». Данная работа посвящена изучению проблемы эффективности трудовой деятельности работников предприятия, разработке мер по ее улучшению, а также оценке эффекта от их внедрения. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. изучение теоретических аспектов эффективности труда на предприятии; 2. рассмотрение основных путей повышения эффективности труда; 3. анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; 4. ознакомление с кадровым составом, анализ уровня эффективности труда работников предприятия; 5. разработка комплекса мероприятий, направленного на повышение эффективности труда работников предприятия и прогнозирование результатов от внедрения предложенных мер. Работа проведена на базе логистической компании ООО «Рулог». На основе анализа кадрового состава предприятия, баланса рабочего времени, фонда оплаты труда, ключевых показателей и производительности труда была оценена эффективность труда работников предприятия, а также выявлены его основные проблемы. Были разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности труда работников ООО «Рулог». На основании разработанных мероприятий был сделан прогноз изменения показателей эффективности труда работников предприятия.
Theme of final qualification work: "The labor efficiency of the enterprise employees and ways to improve it (by the example of LLC “Rulog”)". This work is devoted to studying the problem of the efficiency of labor activity of employees of the enterprise, the development of measures to improve it, as well as assessing the effect of their implementation. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. the study of the theoretical aspects of labor efficiency in the enterprise; 2. consideration of the main ways to improve labor efficiency; 3. analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise; 4. familiarization with the staff and analysis of the level of labor efficiency of employees; 5. development of a set of measures aimed at improving the labor efficiency of enterprise employees and forecasting the results from the implementation of the proposed measures. 6. The work was carried out on the basis of the logistics company LLC “Rulog”. Based on the analysis of the personnel of the enterprise, the balance of working hours, the wage fund, key indicators and labor productivity, the labor efficiency of the employees of the enterprise was evaluated, and its main problems were identified. Measures were developed to increase the labor efficiency of employees of LLC “Rulog”. Based on the developed measures, a forecast was made for changes in the performance indicators of the enterprise’s employees.
