Molecular epidemiology of bacterial fish diseases: preliminary study with Vibrio anguillarum

A comparative study of six 01 serotype Vibrio anguillarum strains from different areas and fishes was realized with three methods, of which two for the first time in fish pathology. Three plasmid profiles were observed but all strains had the same rRNA gene restriction pattern.
