Abstract

Aim s: This Study was performed to evaluate the quantitative distribution of mannitol (model hydrophilic molecule) and corticosterone (model lipophilic molecule) in human skin following the application of different vesicular systems (liposome, ethosome and invasome). Methodology: Vesicular systems were prepared by thin film hydration method and particle size, particles distribution, zeta potential and in vitro human skin penetration and skin deposition were evaluated.
