Abstract

SysML and Modelica are two main languages for systems modeling yet focusing on different aspects, so it is essential to integrate SysML and Modelica to ensure interoperability. This work presents the MBSE framework in Changan Automobile, which consists of two method pillars, SysML dominated one and Modelica dominated one. SysPhS standard is applied to normalize the syntax for both conceptual design and physical simulation in the first approach. The second approach makes full use of commercial or customized Modelica library to reduce repeat work. Cooling system and HVAC system simulations are conducted as instances of the two approaches. These two approaches could be chosen according to modeling purpose and simulation capability maturity of the enterprise.
