Problems and solutions of Korea's academic interruption meditation system

This paper aims to present the desirable alternative for a stable system settlement to derive the limit with the current system based on the analysis of the introduction background and status, and the results after the introduction of academic interruption meditation system. According to the analysis, current the academic interruption meditation system has a positive effect overall, but it reveals the limitations. To this end, this paper proposes the role reorganization of Education Ministry and the Department and the necessity of regular monitoring and performance evaluation introduction.
