Abstract
- This paper demonstrates the feasibility of an ultra-wide band superconductor millimeter-wave triplexer. The triplexer covers the frequency range from 20 GHz–80 GHz offering three contiguous channels, each with a 20 GHz bandwidth. The triplexer is realized using a multi-layer niobium process with a physical size of 3.6 mm × 2.5 mm. The measurement results are in very good agreement with the EM simulation results. To our knowledge, this is the first ultra-wide band millimeter-wave superconductor triplexer ever reported.
