Media Education in Asia: A Report from AMIC

This paper looks at the delivery of media education by examining the role of the Asian Mass Communication Research and Information Centre (AMIC) in promoting media education in Asia. The topics covered include the role of the media, media ethics and responsibility, access and participation, children and the media, indigenous/community media and AMIC research into media education.
