Abstract

An electrochemical method for determining viral antigens was developed in relation to the measles virus antigen. Using inverse adsorption voltammetry and the synthesized conjugates of antibodies with the Fe3O4-SiO2 nanocomposite particles as the signal label, a sensitive, easily measurable analytical signal was obtained.
