The article considers one of the approaches to solving common types of tasks with bank differentiated payments, which are unequal annual or monthly payments (tranches), proportionally decreasing over the entire loan term. For this type of tasks, a pattern has been revealed in the compilation of the sequence of debt with interest accrual, the sequence of debt with repayment of debts and the sequence of debt payments. The formula of the total amount of all payments and the formula of payment (tranche) for a specific year (month) of lending is derived. The article provides examples of the use of derived formulas in the context of specific tasks and shows the construction of a mathematical model of problems of this type. The article is relevant, since tasks with bank differentiated payments are one of the main types of economic tasks of the 2nd part of the Unified State Exam, where it is required to give a reasoned detailed answer with the construction of a mathematical model of the problem.
