Case Report: A Case Report and Literature Analysis on Intestinal Tuberculosis Intestinal Perforation Complicated by Umbilical Intestinal Fistula and Bladder Ileal Fistula

Objectives and design: This article is to make pediatric surgeons fully aware of the atypical manifestations caused by intestinal tuberculosis, as well as the principles and methods of diagnosis and treatment reported in this case and related literature. Materials and methods: Description of a case report. Results: We report a rare case of umbilical fistula and bladder ileal fistula caused by intestinal perforation secondary to intestinal tuberculosis，and analysis and summary the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal TB. Conclusions: This is a rare case of umbilical fistula and bladder ileal fistula caused by intestinal perforation secondary to intestinal tuberculosis. The purpose of this article is to make the surgical community aware of this atypical presentation of intestinal tuberculosis so that they can be prepared if they encounter this condition in the future.
