Compact Modeling of Organic and IGZO TFTs from 150 to 350K

We target the analysis and modeling of the I-V characteristics in organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and IGZO TFTs from 150K to 350K, as well as the temperature dependences of the extracted parameters. Our compact model reproduces very well the I-V characteristics within that range of temperatures for both types of devices.
