Abstract

With the development of Internet, the concept of Web2.0, which kernel is personalization and active participation, has popularized gradually. Common consumers can product all kinds of digital products and upload on Internet. The boundary between producers and consumers are becoming obscure. Therefore, the value chain of electronic commerce, which originally starts with producers and ends with consumers, is bending progressively to become a loop of value system. Based on the actualities of electronic commerce, this paper innovatively puts forward a value loop model of it, which is helpful to forecast and analyze the trend of Internet electronic commerce.
