Abstract
- Using the metallic nano-antennas we can enhance the intensity of a laser pulse to prepare it for high-order harmonic generation. Plasmonic resonances in the metal surfaces cause a non-homogeneous enhancement of the incoming laser field. In this article behavior of the generated high-order harmonics and attosecond pulses with respect to the location of a helium ion in the non-homogeneous field is investigated. It is cleared that the broader supercontinuum can be observed for the case when the ion target located around the center of non-homogeneity which leads to more intense and shorter attosecond pulses.
