ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ВИХОДУ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ВИРОБНИКІВ ОРГАНІЧНОЇ ПРОДУКЦІЇ НА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ РИНОК З УРАХУВАННЯМ ВИМОГ ЄС ДО ЕКОЛОГІЧНОСТІ ПРОДУКЦІЇ

The article analyzes the real prospects for Ukrainian organic producers to enter the European market, taking into account the EU requirements for environmental friendliness. The article is devoted to the problematic issues of compliance of organic products of Ukraine with EU standards for its environmental friendliness and the entry of Ukrainian producers of organic products on the European market. The issues of certification of organic production in Ukraine, analysis of key stages of certification are considered: confirmation of conformity of production of organic products and labeling of these products. The analysis of the norms of the national legislation of Ukraine is carried out taking into account the theoretical provisions of the science of agrarian law. The purpose of this study is to consider the current state of organic production in Ukraine and the direction of its further promotion of our organic products to the European market. In recent years, Ukraine has tended to actively fill the domestic market with its own organic products by creating its own processing of organic raw materials. Therefore, the issue of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European standards is extremely important, especially in matters of certification, labeling of organic production for the possibility of unimpeded entry into the EU market. As a result of the study, it was found that the prospects for Ukraine in this direction are there and they are quite large. But for this, both the state itself and producers of organic products must go a certain way. This is an even deeper harmonization of legislation with European norms, and of course the fruitful work of the manufacturers themselves to meet the requirements and standards set in the EU.
