Research on Improving Assembly Line Banlancing of Household Refrigerator

This paper takes the assembly line of household refrigerator A of H company as the research object, and calculates the balance rate of the production line through on-site measurement, and finds that the production line has big problems. Through Flexsim simulation analysis, the bottleneck process was found, and the ECRS principle and operation improvement method of industrial engineering were used to adjust the work position process, divide the work content, adjust the number of staff, and improve the method of on-site layout to achieve the improvement and optimization of the assembly line balance, which achieved obvious results effect.
