Abstract: Abdominal pain is a common and non-specific symptom after allogeneic PBSCT. Diagnosis frequently requires invasive diagnostic procedures. We report a patient with incapacitating abdominal pain of obscure etiology after PBSCT, finally diagnosed after a partial intestinal resection.
