Abstract

In the paper controllability problem of fractional discrete linear systems with constant delays in control is considered. We focus on two cases: firstly, we consider the fractional infinite-dimesional systems, secondly, the fractional positive finite-dimensional systems are studies. The paper contains sufficient and nessesary conditions for controllability for both cases. Finally, illustrative examples are presented.
