Abstract

Tumor and matched metastatic tissues were collected from 16 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer and subjected to whole-exome sequencing (WES) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) for studying colorectal cancer clonal evolution and immune escape during colorectal liver metastasis(CLM).
