К вопросу о взаимодействии следователя с органом дознания в досудебном уголовном судопроизводстве

В статье рассматриваются актуальные аспекты взаимодействия следователя с органом дознания в досудебном производстве по уголовным делам. Авторы утверждают, что успех в раскрытии и расследовании преступлений невозможен без слаженной и согласованной работы участников уголовного судопроизводства. Взаимодействие следователя с сотрудниками органа дознания состоит из организации и планирования расследования, а также правильно выбранных тактических приемов при проведении следственных действий. В заключении авторы приходят к выводу о том, что задачами взаимодействия являются: предупреждение, раскрытие и расследование преступлений; меры по привлечению к уголовной ответственности виновных лиц; компенсация потерпевшим причиненного преступлением вреда, а также розыскные мероприятия, связанные с установлением места нахождения подозреваемых и обвиняемых.
The article deals with topical aspects of the interaction of the investigator with the body of inquiry in pretrial proceedings in criminal cases. The authors argue that success in the disclosure and investigation of crimes is impossible without the coordinated and coordinated work of the participants in criminal proceedings. The interaction of the investigator with the staff of the body of inquiry consists of organizing and planning the investigation, as well as correctly chosen tactics in the conduct of investigative actions. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the tasks of interaction are: prevention, disclosure and investigation of crimes; measures to bring to justice perpetrators; compensation to the victims of the harm caused by the crime, as well as search activities related to establishing the location of the suspects and the accused.
