Abstract

Up to now, due to the inconvenience of updating the software of conventional satellite systems, we proposed a new satellite structure called software defined satellite system. Based on this system, we complete the design of a supported software application using Python language, in which the PID attitude controller meets the need to control the real time attitude described by Euler angles of satellite in orbit. The benefits along with the challenges of the new structure are proposed as well.
