Abstract
- Complementation studies indicate that in mice, immune responsiveness to LDH B is controlled by at least two separate interacting Ir loci in the H-2 complex, one mapping presumably in the I-B region, the other in I-C or S. In addition, the pattern of complementation suggests that either there exist more than two alleles at least at one of the two loci or that more than two loci participate in the control of responsiveness.
